Welcome to the ATSA Code of Practice Course on our new Learning Management System. While the Code is available on the ATSA Website, the online training format allows for enhanced engagement, learning and compliance with the Code for your company.
Course Objectives
- Explain the objective and scope of the ATSA Code of Practice
- Apply the key principles to everyday decisions and communications
- Avoid misleading marketing and undue influence
- Provide compliant pre-contract information and maintain clear conflict-of-interest boundaries.
- Deliver responsive after-sales service and comply with privacy and Work Health & Safety (WHS) obligations.
- Use the complaints process, understand sanctions, and support whistleblowing and appropriate ATSA branding.
- Direct customers and staff to relevant regulators and professional bodies.
